How To Unlock Smith IV

To unlock Smith IV, you need to have Exdash and Toastie unlocked. If you do, all you need to do to also unlock Smith IV is complete a few simple steps, those steps being:

Go into the main menu and type "spam"
Go to the character selection screen and type "spam"
Go to the stage selection screen and type "spam"
Enter a run and type "humbug"

The first screen is in the main menu, the second screen is the character selection, the third is the stage selection and the fourth one is inside a run on the Inlaid Library map. All of the screens are marked from 1 to 4, to indicate their order. — The screens displayed in order of steps.

Note: Once you have typed "spam" in the main menu, a hidden 30-second timer will start. Within this time frame, you will need to successfully complete all of the steps.

If you have completed all the steps correctly, Smith IV will be unlocked after you finish the run.

Unlock Through Spell

If you prefer, you can unlock Smith IV using a cheat code. Simply access the Secrets menu, which you can find in the main menu if you've unlocked The Forbidden Scrolls Of Morbane. Then, enter the code "maybeimastallion" and you will have Smith IV unlocked.
