How To Unlock Leda

To unlock Leda, you will first need to enter the Gallo Tower stage. It is highly recommended that you apply Hyper Mode to the stage and choose a high movement speed character, such as Red Death, since you will have to do quite a bit of walking and the movement speed bonus will be greatly appreciated.

Once inside the stage, simply start walking south. You will notice that the screen gets progressively darker, signaling that you are approaching Leda. After a while, there will be a few signs indicating that you are very close to her, including:

Your screen will be entirely dark on the edges.
The stage music will stop.
The letters in the background will change from runes to 'IAMALIVEHERE'.

Once these signs are apparent, keep walking south in a zig-zag pattern to ensure you cover the entire floor and don't accidentally miss Leda. She is rather slow and will not teleport to you if you pass her.

Once you find her, simply defeat her. After doing so, the screen will illuminate, and a short jingle will play, signaling that you have unlocked Leda.

Unlock Through Spell

If you prefer, you can unlock Leda using a cheat code. Simply access the Secrets menu, which you can find in the main menu if you've unlocked The Forbidden Scrolls Of Morbane. Then, enter the code 'iwillneverletyouforgetaboutme' and you will have Leda unlocked.
